TonicStop.com was established in early 2009 by a team of retail executives from several very well known companies.

With years of experience in merchandizing, technology, and customer service, we could see that the market for many products was not being well-served.

With so many companies trying to make a quick buck, we watched as product quality and selection declined, ingredients labels no longer matched actual concentrations, and shipping performance was poor.

We felt there was an opportunity to recover true product value and service for the customer.

You and all of our customers have helped proove that we were right !

And, we continue to grow.

There are thousands upon thousands of products on the market and it takes a lot of time and effort to make sure they are OK for us to represent them. We will not stock a product we don't believe in.

For that reason, we have made sure our product selection staff (we call them merchants !) is unbeatable.

We find the newest and best products.
We investigate their background and effectiveness.
We look under the covers of the suppliers to make sure they can product great quality.
We play hardball for the best deals and pass along the savings to you.

Because we take pride in our company and our service, we believe you will do the same.

Refunds and Returns

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product.

When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

We apologize, but because of product shelf life products returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on products after 45 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.

In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $5.95 from your total refund.

Instructions:

1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging.
2. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
4. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order
5. Highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
6. Use a mailing address label to address your return shipment.
7. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

How We Ship

Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $5.95 (unless otherwise noted as 'free shipping') for all Standard Shipping method orders within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.

TonicStop.com processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order.

We will ship all our orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, standard delivery time is 2-10 days depending on location. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped:

UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days + 1 day for order processing)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days + 1 day for order processing)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + 1 day for order processing)

Additional fees apply for faster delivery methods.

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.

1. Orders placed after 7 AM (CST) may not process until the next business day.
2. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning.
3. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday.
4. USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday.
5. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

How to Track Your Order

Order tracking numbers are updated automatically when we ship.

You will receive an email with your tracking information in it as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If you want to check your tracking information director you can always log into your account.

There you will find your order history, current tracking information, payments, etc.
